Thank you for taking the time to review our revised website. Our number one mission is to give time back to our clients so that they can focus on their own core competencies by assuming a significant portion of the human resource compliance burden.
One of the most important assets of a company are the employees of that company, but yet I am told almost every week by various owners of small businesses that they are so glad that they don't have any employees. I typically hear that it takes a lot of time and effort to deal with employees, including all of the nasty HR issues. I always stop and ask that owner if he/she has been able to take a true vacation or if he/she feels good about taking a true vacation. I may also ask that owner what would happen if he/she is injured or becomes ill?
The hallmark of a good small business is an established base of employees who are focused on the mission and goals of that business. With an established base of employees, the owners should be able to step away for a week or two, and the business will continue to operate with little to no anxiety for the owners.
It is the mission of Human Resources, Inc. to handle a significant portion of the "employee side" of the business so that the owners have the confidence to grow their business by hiring more employees.

We have very low turnover of our professional staff members. Most of our staff members worked for other PEOs prior to joining Human Resources, Inc., and they joined our staff for a reason. Our clients enjoy speaking to the same professional each time they call with a question or a matter of importance to them. Our clients are not directed to an off-shore call center for assistance.
